Launchpad is open to all university students in WA who are interested in entrepreneurship, innovation, or launching a startup. Whether you have a fully-formed idea or are just curious about solving real-world problems, you’re welcome to apply.
The program runs for 10 weeks and typically requires 5-7 hours per week, including workshops, mentoring sessions, and working on your project. The more you invest, the more you’ll get out of it!
Nope! You can apply solo without an idea, or with a team and an idea. We’ll help you brainstorm, validate, and refine ideas during the early stages of the program.
You’ll gain access to experienced mentors, industry experts (including partners like Microsoft and WADSIH), exclusive workshops, startup tools, and networking opportunities. Plus, you’ll be pitching to real investors and innovation leaders by the end of the program!
After Launchpad, you’ll have the skills, network, and validated startup idea to take your venture to the next level. You’ll also gain access to follow-on support through Bloom’s alumni network, partner programs, and potential funding or accelerator opportunities to continue growing your startup.
A seat in Launchpad is worth $1099. Participants can also complete Launchpad for academic credit at UWA and Curtin, where the course is covered under HECS. Scholarships are also available, complete the Launchpad application form and mention you'd like to apply with a scholarship when we meet.
